La Divina obsession: Trashy Diva
This is one of my favourite boutiques in the heart of the French Quarter in New Orleans. Starting out as a vintage store in 1996, the owners decided to design clothing that were “timeless and ageless”, flattering the female form with exquisite details. Trashy Diva boast 3 boutiques in New Orleans, one on Magazine Street, two on Chartres Street, one for clothing and one for lingerie.
My first steel-boned Sue Nice corset was purchased from Trashy Diva by my beloved. That was the start of my addiction to corsets. Trashy Diva carries corsets by Sue Nice, Isabella, Vollers (UK), and Scarlett’s, just to name a few. Every burly-q queen should have at least one steel-boned corset in her repertoire!
